The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design with precisely machined individual panels crafted using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This design includes slots and interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together seamlessly, ensuring exceptional strength. Assembly and disassembly can be accomplished in under two minutes for most crates. The kit includes 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, a base constructed with a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction. It utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and supports a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Note that the dimensions provided refer to the inside dimensions of the crates.
