The crate system includes a base constructed with a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, complemented by impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction for enhanced durability. The clips used are Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips, ensuring a robust assembly that takes less than two minutes to complete. These crates offer a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs, with dimensions representing the inside measurements, providing a reliable solution for transporting heavy materials securely.
