This product contours to fit the ankle, wrist, and thigh snugly, featuring a long closure strap that ensures a secure and comfortable fit during rigorous exercise programs. Constructed with heavy-duty materials and double-stitching throughout, the weights are color-coded and marked with both pounds and kilograms for easy identification. They include grommets for convenient hanging on peg-board weight racks and are available in a range of weights from 0.25 to 25 pounds, either individually or as sets. The original Cuff® weight is specifically 7.5 lb., distinguished by its orange color.
