The Cuff® adjustable wrist or ankle weight features a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for enhanced comfort. This weight includes pre-inserted weight inserts in the weight pockets, which can be removed to adjust the weight according to the user's preference. The weights are color-coded to indicate the maximum weight capacity. Available sizes include 2 lb., 4 lb., 5 lb., 10 lb., and 20 lb., with each weight sold individually or as a pair.
