The Pouch® variable wrist and ankle weight provides an adjustable weight solution designed for comfort during use. It features the ability to vary total resistance by inserting or removing individual weight packets. Each variable weight includes five weight packets; for example, a 5-lb Pouch® weight comprises five 1-lb weights. The weight belt is color-coded to indicate maximum capacity, with available options of 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25-pound capacities. Specifically, the Pouch® variable wrist and ankle weight comes in a 2.5 lb version, which includes five 0.5 lb inserts and is color-coded red.
