The Cuff® Rehabilitation wrist and ankle weight is designed for effective use in rehabilitation settings, having been validated in hospitals for over 30 years. It is contoured to fit snugly around the ankle, wrist, and thigh, featuring a long closure strap that provides a secure and comfortable fit during strenuous exercise routines. Constructed from heavy-duty materials with double-stitching throughout, the weights are color-coded and marked in both pounds and kilograms for easy identification. Additionally, they include grommets for hanging on any peg-board weight rack. The Cuff® exercise weights are available in individual weights ranging from 0.25 to 25 pounds, with the original Cuff® weight being 8 lb. and marked in red.
