The Cuff® adjustable wrist or ankle weight features a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for enhanced comfort. The weight comes with weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets, allowing for easy adjustment of the weight by removing or adding inserts. The weights are color-coded for easy identification of maximum weight capacity and are available in sizes of 2, 4, 5, 10, and 20 pounds. Each weight can be purchased individually or as a pair.
