The Cuff® Adjustable Wrist or Ankle Weight features a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for enhanced comfort. The weight is supplied with weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets, allowing for easy adjustment of the weight by removing the inserts. The weights are color-coded for easy identification of their maximum weight capacity. Available sizes include 2, 4, 5, 10, and 20 pounds, with each weight sold individually or as a pair. Specifically, the ankle weight is a 10 lb option that includes 20 x 0.5 lb inserts and is colored blue.
