Thera-Band® Soft Weights™ are designed with a soft cover and pliable filler free of any hard edges or rims. Each weight measures 4-1/2" in diameter and is suitable for strengthening, plyometrics, balance training, mobilization, and functional grip strength development. The ball supports both one or two hand activities and is comfortable to hold, making it portable enough to fit easily into a gym bag. The kit includes a 6-piece set with one ball in each of the following colors: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, and black.
