The Cando® Flexible Hand Bar Exerciser is a lightweight and portable device designed to strengthen muscles in the hand, wrist, and shoulder while promoting coordination and increasing range-of-motion. Measuring 12 inches in length, the rubber bar allows for twisting and bending, and is suitable for performing oscillation movements aimed at neuromuscular and balance training as well as soft tissue and joint mobilization. The bar follows a graduated progressive color code consistent with other Cando® products: tan for XX-light, yellow for X-light, red for light, green for medium, blue for firm, and black for X-firm. The consistent diameter and length across different resistances ensure that the same muscles are engaged regardless of the resistance level, with the black option representing X-heavy resistance.
