The weight ships with weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets, allowing users to easily adjust the weight by removing inserts. The weight is color-coded to identify its maximum weight and is available in sizes of 2, 4, 5, 10, and 20 pounds. Each weight can be purchased individually or as a pair. Specifically, the pediatric wrist weight weighs 2 pounds and includes 12 inserts of 0.17 pounds each, with a tan color option.
