The Cuff® adjustable wrist or ankle weight features a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for comfort. It includes weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets, allowing for easy adjustment by removing inserts to modify the weight. The weights are color-coded for easy identification of maximum weight, and are available in sizes of 2, 4, 5, 10, and 20 pounds, either individually or as a pair. Specifically, the wrist weight weighs 4 pounds and includes 20 inserts of 0.2 pounds each, identified by the color red.
