This versatile product contours to fit snugly around the ankle, wrist, and thigh, featuring a long closure strap that ensures a secure and comfortable fit during strenuous exercise programs. Constructed with heavy-duty materials and double-stitching throughout, these exercise weights are color-coded and clearly marked with both pounds and kilograms, and they include grommets for convenient hanging on any peg-board weight rack.
