The Cuff® Adjustable Wrist or Ankle Weight features a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for comfort. The weight is shipped with weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets, which can be removed to customize the weight according to the user's preference. The weight is color-coded for easy identification of its maximum weight, and each weight option is available in 2, 4, 5, 10, and 20-pound sizes, offered individually or as pairs. For the wrist weight, the 2-pound option includes 10 x 0.2-pound inserts and is colored yellow.
