The Cuff® adjustable wrist or ankle weight features a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for added comfort. The kit includes weight inserts that are pre-inserted into the weight pockets, allowing for easy adjustment of the overall weight. The weight is color-coded to facilitate identification of the maximum weight. Available in sizes of 2, 4, 5, 10, and 20 pounds, each weight can be purchased individually or as a pair. The pediatric ankle weight weighs 2 pounds and includes 12 inserts that each weigh 0.17 pounds, and is available in a tan color.
