The DA provides bone dry air for optimal paint application by effectively eliminating air contaminants, whether water or solvent borne, when paired with pre-filtration and post-filtration systems. This series is designed for use with various compressor types, including piston, scroll, rotary vane, and rotary screw technologies, and can operate efficiently with inlet temperatures up to 150°F, making it suitable for tank-mounted reciprocating air compressors without an aftercooler. Key features include easy installation with universal wall mounting brackets in a compact and expandable system, compatibility with FS-Curtis compressors, and an environmentally friendly design that does not require refrigerants. The DA series boasts the lowest operational and maintenance costs of any regenerative air dryer and utilizes molecular sieve desiccant housed in easy spin-on canisters, which include a built-in particulate after filter. It reliably operates in dirty or dusty environments, eliminating the need for an air-cooled aftercooler.
