The DA series provides bone dry air, ensuring perfect paint jobs by effectively eliminating air contaminants that affect paint spraying, whether water or solvent borne. This compressed air solution is compatible with piston, scroll, rotary vane, or rotary screw technologies and can function with inlet temperatures up to 150°F, making it ideal for tank-mounted reciprocating air compressors without aftercoolers. The kit includes universal wall mounting brackets for easy installation in a compact and expandable system, suitable for wall or compressor mounting. It serves as an alternative to high inlet temperature refrigerated dryers and is environmentally friendly, utilizing no refrigerant. With the lowest operational and maintenance costs of any regenerative air dryer, the system features molecular sieve desiccant housed in easy spin-on canisters, which also incorporate a particulate after filter. Designed to operate uninterrupted in dirty or dusty environments, the system does not require an air-cooled aftercooler for effective function.
