The Norton 66623399002 Neon Plastic Flat Flap Disc T27 measures 4-1/2" x 5/8 - 11" and features P80 grit zirconia alumina, making it suitable for various grinding and finishing applications. Flap discs consist of three main components: a backing plate, adhesive, and abrasive cloth flaps, with rectangular flaps that are overlapped and glued to the backing plate. Designed for right angle grinder applications, these discs are effective for heavy stock removal as well as surface blending. The zirconia alumina and A/O flaps operate optimally at a 0-15° angle for blending and smooth finishes. The backing plate is easily trimmable and constructed from polyester/cotton backing. This product is specifically tailored for right angle grinding tasks.
