The Aerovent® 3X aerosol can disposal system features a unique tray design that accommodates aerosol cans up to 3 inches in diameter and 10.5 inches in length, utilizing quick change aluminum guides for compatibility with most can sizes. This high production disposal system processes up to three cans at a time, enhancing efficiency compared to many single can units. The operation consists of three straightforward steps: placing the aerosol can in the chamber and sealing it with the lid, waiting for the Safe2Vent filter's Viz-A-Ball to indicate depressurization, and then opening the lid to remove the cans for disposal or recycling. The Aerovent® 3X employs an exclusive Viz-A-Ball™ indicator check valve that ensures operator safety by signaling when the system is safe to open, while also meeting OSHA, EPA, and California regulations to prevent vapor escape after processing. The system is designed for safety, with a sealing mechanism that eliminates the risk of leaks, unlike systems using clamps and O-rings. The 55-gallon drum is sold separately, and the Aerovent® 3X is backed by standard warranty terms for reliable operation.
