The general-purpose capacitor start-capacitor run motor features a power rating of 1.5 HP and operates at 1725 RPM. It is designed with a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure, which has a 56H frame and a rigid mount configuration. The motor operates on 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz power supply with name plate amps rated at 17.2/8.8-8.6. It delivers continuous duty performance with a service factor of 1.0 and includes automatic thermal protection. With an efficiency rating of 79 and categorized as standard efficiency type, the motor is suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40 C. The motor allows for selective counterclockwise (CCW) rotation and features a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. The TEFC design has no vent openings and is tightly enclosed to prevent the free exchange of air, while an external fan ensures cooling by blowing air around the motor's frame.
