Ironguard Knuffi warning and protective bumper guards serve as a buffer zone for people, machines, and objects by absorbing hard impacts and preventing injury and damage. The kit includes 2 durable acrylic self-adhesive strips that are age resistant, making them suitable for both indoors and outdoors, particularly in high traffic areas, hallways, corridors, machinery, forklifts, and shelves. The Type A corner bumper features a 90-degree cut-out, ideal for corners and right angle surfaces. The profile body is made from recyclable polyurethane foam that is completely free of CFCs, while the surface consists of polyurethane foam colored by reverse printing and foamed in place to prevent visible paint on the outside. The adhesive is applied using light and ageing resistant, modified acrylic glue with an adhesion strength of 21N/inch (25-millimeters). The fire classification meets B2 standards according to DIN 4102 and UL 94HB/10mm. Installation is straightforward, requiring adherence to a clean, grease-free surface. The two-dimensional Type A protective corner measures 0.98 inches, and Knuffi is effective in temperatures ranging from -40 to +212 °F. The product comes with a 5-year functionality warranty and is available in black color.
