The Deluxe model is a prefabricated Guardian booth designed for security guards, parking attendants, or ticket salespeople. It is manufactured from durable, weather-resistant aluminum and features an insulated structure to ensure protection, comfort, and dryness year-round. Key attributes of the booth include double layers of durable aluminum panels filled with weather-resistant insulation, a vinyl protective wrap to maintain its appearance, and an engineering focus on maximizing natural lighting. It includes a large door opening with a window, full-size 36" tall sliding windows on three sides, and a 4" roof overhang all around. The booth is equipped with a galvanized diamond floor plate on a solid steel forkliftable base frame, and it offers a spacious interior with a supreme 360° view. The built-in desk comes with a drawer, a door knob with a lock and key, a breaker panel box rated for 100 amps, a bright ceiling light for nighttime use, two 110V outlets, a light switch, baseboard heaters, and a built-in A/C unit along with outside LED spotlights. The booth is delivered assembled and ready for use, with moderate weight that ensures stability while being light enough for relocation as needed.
