The Deluxe model is a prefabricated Guardian booth designed for security guards, parking attendants, or ticket salespeople, manufactured from durable, weather-resistant aluminum and insulated for year-round protection and comfort. Key features include double layers of durable aluminum panels filled with weather-resistant insulation, a vinyl protective wrap to maintain the booth's appearance, engineered maximum natural lighting, a large door opening with a window, full-size 36" tall sliding windows on three sides, and a 4" roof overhang around the structure. The booth is built on a solid steel forkliftable base-frame with a galvanized diamond floor plate, providing a spacious interior with a supreme 360° view and featuring a built-in desk with a drawer, a lockable door knob with key, a breaker panel box rated for 100 amps, a bright ceiling light for nighttime use, two 110V outlets, a light switch, baseboard heaters, a built-in A/C unit, and outside LED spotlights. The booth is delivered assembled and ready to use, combining moderate weight for stability while remaining light enough for relocation as needed.
