The Deluxe model is a prefabricated guardian booth designed for your security guard, parking attendant, or ticket salesperson needs. This booth is manufactured from durable weather-resistant aluminum and is insulated to ensure protection and comfort throughout the year. Key features include a double layer of durable aluminum panels filled with weather-resistant insulation, a vinyl protective wrap to maintain its appearance, and an engineering design that maximizes natural lighting. It features a large door opening with a window, full-size 36" tall sliding windows on three sides, and a 4" roof overhang all around. The booth includes a galvanized diamond floor plate on a solid steel forkliftable base-frame, a spacious interior providing a 360° view, a built-in desk with a drawer, a door knob with lock and key, and a breaker panel box rated for 100 amp. Additional specifications encompass a bright ceiling light for nighttime use, two 110V outlets, a light switch, baseboard heaters, and a built-in A/C unit, along with outside LED spotlights. The booth will be delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use. It is designed to be moderately weighted for stability while remaining light enough for relocation as necessary.
