The CM Series 653 lever hoist has a capacity of 1-1/2 tons and a lift of 20 ft., designed for close quarter pulling, stretching, and hoisting applications in construction, industrial, and plant operations. It features an impact-resistant, stamped steel frame, gear case, and cover for durability and lightweight usage, alongside a powder coated finish for added corrosion protection. The hoist is equipped with hardened steel load sharing gears, a double pawl arrangement for assured load control, and two chain guide rollers for positive chain engagement. Additionally, it utilizes a Weston-type braking system for positive load control and positioning, along with a simple one-handed, free chaining mechanism for fast load attachment. The hardened steel chain ensures strength and long wear life, while the forged upper and lower hooks come with heavy cast steel latches.
