It has nameplate amps of 17/8.5, is suitable for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.0, and does not include thermal protection. The motor efficiency is rated at 72, categorized as standard efficiency, and it is designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 40 C. The selective counterclockwise (CCW) rotation is accommodated, with a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. The TEFC enclosure, which features no vent openings, prevents the free exchange of air while using an external fan to provide cooling by circulating air around the motor's frame.
