Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Heavy-Duty PPCO Vacuum Bottles are designed to hold full vacuum for up to 24 hours, making them ideal for heavy-duty biotechnology lab use. These thick-walled bottles can withstand repeated room-temperature vacuum applications and can be utilized as a waste aspirator bottle or as an autoclavable vessel for scale-up activities in cell culture applications. The kit includes polypropylene closures with gaskets to ensure a secure seal. Key features include construction from polypropylene copolymer, large size, wide mouth for easy filling and cleaning, and chemical resistance, along with rugged 53B and 83B caps equipped with TPE gaskets. It is important to completely disengage threads or remove the cap before autoclaving, and note that these bottles will not ship to residential addresses.
