The Ergodyne® 19792 Squids® 3790 Tool Shackle is a small, stainless steel, silver 2-pack designed to create clean and secure attachment points for tethering waisted tools, featuring a tapered mid-section or captive holes. These U-shaped shackles are made from stainless steel (#304) and serve as a one-step retrofit attachment that connects around the midsection of a waisted tool. To secure the connection, simply add a drop of adhesive and tighten. The maximum safe working capacity is 15 lbs (6.8 kg), making it suitable for use in telecommunications, municipalities, construction, utilities, wind energy, oil & gas, power generation, and railway applications.
