The general-purpose 3-phase motor features a 2HP power rating, operating at speeds of 3490/2900 RPM, and is housed in a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure designed to prevent the free exchange of air while allowing for external cooling via an integral fan. It has a 56 frame size and a C face mount, accommodating a voltage range of 208-230/460V, with 3-phase, 60/50Hz compatibility. The nameplate amps range from 5.2-4.8/2.4&5.8/2.9, making it suitable for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.25. The motor includes automatic thermal protection and has an efficiency rating of 85.5, classified as NEMA premium.
