The Nordfab Quick-Fit ductwork kit is made in the USA and comes in sizes ranging from 3 inches to 24 inches, constructed from galvanized steel (14 ga) and stainless steel (16 ga). Each component includes a clearance hole of 7/16 inches, and bolts are supplied with the hanger for secure installation. The ductwork features a rolled edge on the ends that facilitates easy connection to other components using a barrel-type clamp, complemented by a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal at the joints. Installation is streamlined as the ducting systems clamp together without the need for rivets, screws, or welding, resulting in over 45% reduction in installation and downtime compared to traditional flanged ductwork. The Quick-Fit adjustable nipple allows for telescoping adjustments without requiring precise measurements. Additionally, the ducting is reusable and can be easily uninstalled and relocated as needed, while also being straightforward to clean and re-install without any tools.
