Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit clamp facilitates quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. Each clamp comes standard with nitrile seals and a bridge pin for secure closure. The galvanized version includes a galvanized bridge pin, while the stainless steel variant is equipped with a stainless steel bridge pin. Optional seal materials such as silicone and ePTFE are available for high-temperature applications unsuitable for nitrile. Clamps designed for 7" to 11" sizes feature a large bridge pin with a 1/2" wide nitrile seal from the factory, while the 12" to 24" clamps include a large bridge pin with a 5/8" wide nitrile seal. Nordfab’s Quick-Fit ductwork components are designed with a rolled edge for easy connections using barrel-type clamps, and a specially designed gasket ensures a tight seal at the joint. This system allows for quick installation without the need for special tools, eliminating the requirement for rivets, screws, or welding, ultimately reducing installation and downtime by more than 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. The Quick-Fit ducting is also reusable, making it simple to uninstall and relocate as necessary, and is easy to clean, allowing for tool-free removal and reinstallation.
