The rotary percussion drill bit features a straight shank and fits all hammer drills equipped with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It has a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC. The bit incorporates patented flute geometry designed to remove dust from the hole more quickly, enabling faster drilling and longer tool life, achieving up to 150% faster performance compared to other competitive bits. The bit has a shot-peened, double-tempered finish to reduce breakage and is hot isostatically pressed to further extend life and resist breakage. It uses a copper braze material for high heat resistance, which reduces tip loss. All tips are manufactured to meet ANSI specifications.
