It incorporates patented flute geometry designed to remove dust from the hole quickly, enabling fast drilling and extended tool life, achieving speeds up to 150% faster than other competitive bits. The bit has a shot-peened, double-tempered finish to reduce breakage and is hot isostatically pressed to further enhance durability and breakage resistance. A copper braze material provides high heat resistance, minimizing tip loss, and all tips are manufactured to ANSI specifications to ensure quality and performance.
