The rotary percussion drill bit features a straight shank that fits all hammer drills equipped with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It has a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to a hardness of 50-53 HRC. Its patented flute geometry efficiently removes dust from the hole, enabling faster drilling and extended tool life, achieving up to 150% faster performance compared to other competitive bits. The bit undergoes a shot-peened, double-tempered finish to reduce breakage and is hot isostatically pressed to further extend its life and resist breakage. The copper braze material provides high heat resistance, reducing tip loss, and all tips are manufactured to meet ANSI specifications.
