The rotary percussion drill bit features a straight shank designed to fit all hammer drills with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It has a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC, providing durability and strength. The patented flute geometry efficiently removes dust from the hole for faster drilling and extended bit life, achieving speeds up to 150% faster than other competitive bits. The bit is finished with a shot-peened, double-tempered process to reduce breakage and is hot isostatically pressed to further extend life and resist breakage. The copper braze material offers high heat resistance, reducing tip loss. All tips are manufactured according to ANSI specifications.
