The rotary percussion drill bit features a straight shank and is compatible with all hammer drills equipped with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It has a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC for durability. The patented flute geometry efficiently removes dust from the hole, enabling faster drilling and extended tool life, achieving up to 150% faster performance compared to other competitive bits. The bit is finished with a shot-peened, double-tempered treatment to reduce breakage, and is hot isostatically pressed to further extend its life and resistance to breakage. The copper braze material provides high heat resistance, reducing tip loss. All tips are manufactured to meet ANSI specifications.
