This casement operator is constructed of a diecast body, a hardened steel arm with a steel guide button at 9/16 inches in diameter, and a case-hardened worm gear mechanism featuring corrosion-resistant plating. It includes a square-shaped housing and an operator crank handle, finished in an aluminum painted color. The Prime-Line casement operator is right-handed, determined when viewing the window from the inside looking out, and it has a face-mounted design compatible with older crank-out casement steel window frames that have 3-7/8 inch and 4-3/4 inch mounting hole centers. This high-end quality operator exhibits minimal gear lash for positive and smooth operation.
