The rotary percussion bit features a straight shank and fits all hammer drills with 3-jaw or Jacobs chucks. It has a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC, providing durability and strength. The patented flute geometry is designed to remove dust from the hole more quickly, enabling fast drilling and extended tool life, delivering up to 150% faster performance compared to other competitive bits. The bit has a shot-peened, double-tempered finish to reduce breakage and is hot isostatically pressed to further extend life and resist breakage. The tip is made with copper braze material, offering high heat resistance to minimize tip loss, and all tips are manufactured to ANSI specifications.
