The patented flute geometry efficiently removes dust from the hole, enabling faster drilling and extended tool life, achieving up to 150% faster performance compared to other competitive bits. The bit undergoes a shot-peened, double-tempered finish to reduce breakage and is hot isostatically pressed to further enhance its longevity and resistance to breakage. The copper braze material used in the tip provides high heat resistance, minimizing tip loss. All tips are manufactured to meet ANSI specifications, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
