The planning dimensions for the basic rack unit include a nominal width plus 2.2 inches and a nominal depth plus 1.4 inches, while the add-on rack unit has a nominal width plus 0.2 inches and a nominal depth plus 1.4 inches. To ensure safety, it is advised that racks be secured to prevent tilting, and the shelves are designed for use with evenly distributed loads.
