The Meta CLIP S3 boltless shelving system features disassembled frames and back sway braces, designed for multifaceted applications in small parts storage such as spare parts storerooms and sales stores linked to production trades. This system utilizes just two building blocks—the frame and shelf—to create complex configurations, allowing for easy mounting without screws and a quick setup that requires no tools. The shelf height is adjustable in 1" increments, providing flexibility to accommodate various sizes of stored goods. The kit includes base and add-on rack units, offering a cost-efficient solution with shelf load capacities of 331 lbs or 507 lbs. The planning dimensions are as follows: basic rack unit dimensions are nominal width + 2.2" and nominal depth + 1.4", while add-on rack unit dimensions are nominal width + 0.2" and nominal depth + 1.4". Note that racks should be secured to prevent tilting, and shelves should only be used for evenly distributed loads.
