The Speedbor® Blue Groove extra-long spade bit has a 3/4" diameter and a length of 16". It features a point and cutting edge designed for faster chip removal, achieving speeds 4x faster than standard spade bits. The bit includes double cutting spurs that scribe the outside of the hole to reduce breakout. It has a 10% larger shank for added durability, and the grooved hex shank prevents slipping in drill chucks or extensions. The bit fits all standard quick-change chucks but is not for use with bit extensions.
