The medium duty powered stretch machines feature a 5,000 lbs capacity unit equipped with a powered turntable and a counter-balanced stretch wrap film mast. Operation involves using a foot pedal to manually adjust the mast's height while an adjustable, friction-brake assembly controls the film wrap tension. The film placement is managed by manually moving the carriage assembly along the vertical mast. A hand-operated carriage brake ensures easy and fast film application. The system accommodates 10" to 20" material, and the unit is shipped with the mast disconnected for easy assembly. Users can upgrade the standard manual film wrap delivery to a 115V 1-phase AC powered mast option (PMO). The handheld control allows for raising and lowering the film, while the foot control operates the turntable.
