The Jet designed certified Meehanite® casting with enhanced ribbing ensures rigidity and tolerance retention, making it a reliable choice for precision machining. The machine features a swing away control box that houses an E-stop, placing all controls within easy reach of the operator. Its innovative base design facilitates leveling without the need to lift the machine off the ground. An automatic oiler releases 3 to 6 cc/cy of lubrication every 30 minutes to maintain optimal performance. Safety is prioritized with a heavy-duty spindle brake that halts the spindle and interrupts power to prevent accidental start-ups. The relocated electrical box at the back of the mill includes two 115V outlets for powering accessories.
