The JTM-1 and 2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with automatic stop, high precision class 7 spindle bearings, and the rugged stability of certified Meehanite® castings, ensuring optimal performance. These models include a precision bored and honed milling head, a large diameter chromed quill, and an internally cooled spindle head to prevent seizing. They come equipped with a heavy-duty splined motor drive, a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, and a heavy-duty spindle brake. The machine also features precision hardened and ground ways, a precision ground table, and includes standard equipment such as an internal coolant tank built into the base (coolant pump not included), a tolerance test sheet, a one-shot lubrication system, way covers, a draw bar, and a tool box with tools.
