The Jet JTM-1254RVS and JTM-1254VS are 12" x 54" variable speed vertical milling machines engineered for durability, strength, and precision, resulting in the production of high-quality components. Designed for user convenience, these mills feature ongoing automatic lubrication, a quick nut spindle feed, and the Jet exclusive new casting that simplifies leveling without requiring the machine to be lifted off the floor. They are available with R-8 or NT-40 spindles and include certified Meehanite® castings, a precision bored and honed milling head, high precision class 7 spindle bearings, a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop, a heavy-duty spindle brake, precision hardened and ground ways and table, three precision ground T-slots, and Turcite B on the X and Y axes, with adjustable gibs throughout. These mills also comply with CSA/CUS standards, featuring a spindle guard, rapid spindle braking, automatic lubrication every 180 minutes (flow of 3-6cc), an LED machine lamp, dual locks on all moveable surfaces, a chip pan, draw bar, and a toolbox with tools.
