The JET JTM-1254RVS and JTM-1254VS are 12" x 54" variable speed vertical milling machines designed for durability, strength, and precision, offering high-quality component production. These machines feature certified Meehanite® castings, a precision bored and honed milling head, and high precision Class 7 spindle bearings, ensuring reliable performance. They include a quick spindle feed nut, a three-stage power downfeed with an automatic stop, and a heavy-duty spindle brake for enhanced safety and ease of use. The mills boast precision hardened and ground ways and table, three precision ground T-slots, and Turcite B on the X and Y axes for improved sliding capability. Adjustable gibs throughout and a spindle safety guard are also included, along with automatic lubrication every 180 minutes to reduce maintenance needs. The electrical box is equipped with two 115V outlets for power feeds only, and the kit comes with a chip pan, draw bar, and a toolbox containing essential tools.
