The combination shower and eye/face wash unit is designed for use in general areas where temperatures can drop below freezing, featuring a heat trace cable powered by 120 VAC to protect against freezing down to -50° F (-46° C). The unit is housed in a highly-visible yellow ABS removable plastic shell and includes a shower valve that operates quickly via a pull rod with a triangular handle for efficient wash down, while the eye/face wash is activated by a large push handle. Standard indicator lights are present on models S19-304GATL and S19-304GABL. The unit features a 1-1/4" NPT water supply located at the bottom and is free-standing and floor-mounted. Key features include a 120-volt electric heat trace cable with pipe insulation rated to -50° F (-45.5° C), compliance with NEMA 4X standards, and a construction of galvanized steel pipe with a Bradtect safety yellow coating. The hand-activated system includes an ABS plastic showerhead and Halo eye/face wash, with an impact-resistant plastic bowl and dust cover. The unit is certified to ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standards and is CCSAUS listed when installed and used properly. Included in the package are the Halo heat trace 120V electric heat trace cable, GA bottom supply lights, a universal identification sign, and an inspection tag. The unit also comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty.
