The combination shower and eye/face wash unit is designed for use in general areas where temperatures can drop below freezing, featuring heat trace cable powered by 120 VAC that protects the unit from freezing down to -50° F (-46° C). It is housed in a highly-visible yellow ABS removable plastic shell. The shower valve can be quickly operated by a pull rod with a triangular handle, providing superior wash down, while the eye/face wash is activated by a large push handle. This unit comes standard with indicator lights and is a free-standing, floor-mounted model. Notable features include a 120-volt electric heat trace cable with pipe insulation, regulated to -50° F (-45.5° C), and is rated for use in general area locations, complying with NEMA 4X standards. It is constructed with galvanized steel pipe coated in Bradtect safety yellow, offers hand activation, and includes a 1-1/4" NPT water supply from the top. The ABS plastic shower head and Halo eye/face wash ensure durability, and the outer shell is sealed with rivets to enhance impact resistance. This unit is certified to the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard and is CCSAUS listed when installed and used properly.
