The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic blue body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle, providing superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. Specifically crafted for safety lockout/tagout applications, it incorporates a high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder compliant with the "One Employee, One Lock, One Key" directive. The padlock includes write-on, multi-language labels for on-site customization, with English "Danger" and "Property of" labels included and 14 additional language options available. The 3/16 in (4.76 mm) diameter shackle fits a variety of applications, and the non-key retaining feature allows the padlock to be left unlocked and snap locked as needed. The product stands up to UV exposure and extreme environmental conditions, ensuring durability. Dimensions include a shackle clearance of 1-1/2 in (38 mm) and a height of 1-7/8 in (48 mm).
